Forum Landscape Architects is a Registered Practice of the Landscape Institute.
We also hold Affiliate Membership of the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment and Membership of the Green Register of Construction Professionals.
Lucy Jenkins is principal of the practice, which has been completing landscape consultancy projects in a range of sectors for 14 years, since incorporation in 2003. Lucy is a fully qualified member of the Chartered Landscape Institute UK and has worked in the UK, Europe and USA. She holds Masters qualifications in Landscape Architecture (University of Edinburgh) and Landscape History (University of London) and a BA First Class Honours in French & Italian (Queen’s College, University of Oxford).
Lucy has expertise in field survey techniques, including biological recording, habitat survey and plant identification. Key specialisms include projects involving adaptive re-use and integration of new buildings within sites of ecological, historical and community importance. Lucy has considerable experience in landscape history, from archival research through to assessment of significance, landscape conservation and regeneration planning. She received excellent training at Elizabeth Banks Associates (1998-2001), where her key projects included Horniman Museum & Gardens and University of London’s Torrington Square. In 2001, she set up the landscape unit at John McAslan + Partners. Lucy Jenkins was awarded the Geoffrey Jellicoe Landscape Scholarship in 2005.
Lucy carries out design advisory roles, as a Specialist Landscape Advisor to the National Trust and a member of Enfield’s Place and Design Quality Panel.
